Maui Mountain Bike Coalition is a chapter of the International Mountain Bike Association, a 501(c)(3) non profit dedicated to creating, enhancing and protecting the great places to ride mountain bikes in Maui, Hawaii. We partner with the State of Hawaii and Na Ala Hele to maintain our beloved Kahakapao Recreation Area AKA Makawao Forest. On the Westside of the Island we have a Right of Entry agreement with Maui Land and Pine to maintain the trails in Kapalua formerly used for the Xterra World Championship. Community events are another way we strive to bring like minded riders together, with group rides, skills clinics, and various other events. One of the key components to being able to offer these items is fundraising, through our IMBA memberships, sponsors, and tax deductible donations.
